We have always found elegant business fashion to be very stylish. Pantsuits, skirts, blouses, as well as simple trousers or jumpsuits. The fashion reflects the own personality and makes for a professional and serious impression.
Spring is a particularly exciting season for fashion enthusiasts. We are combining, experimenting and layering as much as possible – that’s why creativity doesn’t stop at our office outfit! Today we would like to introduce you to our favorite business look for spring.
As Women at Work, we are not only regularly confronted with new professional challenges, but also with one or the other fashionable dilemma. Business looks for women are far less easy to implement than the corresponding dress codes of our male colleagues. Especially if you want to bring your own individual style into the office styles. Fortunately, there are very special pieces that enhance every office look in the same fashion.
But the outfit not only suits the office but also a successful evening in a slightly fancier restaurant or an event where a glamorous wardrobe is desired.

At first we were looking for a real poncho but then we came across the poncho scarf. We would call this poncho scarf an absolute all-rounder.
Especially handy is that you can easily convert the poncho into a scarf, in case it gets too cold or you forget your scarf.
You can throw it over your shoulders or use it as a super nice big cuddly scarf. As you can tell, he is just totally uncomplicated. Just throw on a poncho when you leave the house & you look elegant and extravagant.
Incidentally, the poncho originally came from the South American countries. The classic poncho looks like a blanket with a slit in the middle, through which the head can be put. Meanwhile, the poncho has established itself rather as a coat-like cape without sleeves. Ponchos are now available in a variety of color and pattern variants. Especially great we like pastels.
You can combine the poncho to suit any situation, school, office or finer events. Either you combine a blouse or a normal shirt, as we, depending on.

Let the sun go down on me … but that’s almost impossible this season. However, a small sun replacement provides this new trend color which has sneaked into our wardrobe in the autumn: mustard yellow!
Let’s be honest, the sun presents a warm feeling in our little white winter world. It has something cheerful and melancholy. Everywhere we look, we can see this rich shade of yellow.
It makes a perfect match together with the colors grey, black, gold and brown because this powerful yellow loves strong contrasts.
If you stroll through the shopping streets soon you will encounter many small accessories because mustard yellow is especially represented in handbags, scarves, necklaces, bracelets and earrings. They are all currently dipped into the mustard pot.
Do not miss it, you know: Mustard is hot! Literally! Also it fits perfectly to dark purple, navy blue, green, special tones such as petrol and fir green or moss green and kaki. Those who prefer warm colors should combine such tones as burgundy, orange or copper.

I hope you all had a nice contemplative time with your family for Christmas. Thus, New Year’s Eve is coming and the new year. The time between Christmas & New Year is mostly used to set new goals & to reflect on the past year at least we use this time for things like that.
Anyone planning a cozy evening with friends on New Year’s Eve at home but still need a nice outfit. This outfit we are going to show you fits probably perfect for New Year’s Eve & the cold season. So why freeze in short skirts in front of the club, if you can put on such a stylish sweater?
A beautifully cut of a sweater can look great even with simple black jeans & boots. The sleeves of the pullover are the highlight, because not only blouses have such sleeves. Unfortunately, you dunk in every bowl or plate, but that does not matter!
Just a tip: If you want to admire the fireworks outside at 12 am, you need a matching jacket on the arms, because the sleeves form otherwise only an immovable knot in the jacket & it looks really not nice.
Well, we wish you a nice holiday, a happy new year and “einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr” as we say in Germany.
