URBAN OUTFITTERS WISHLIST

Who is ready for fall? We are and to get inspired we searched through Urban Outfitters and picked out some real cool clothes. Unfortunately there is no Urban Outfitters store in our neighborhood but we like traveling all the way to Berlin just to get to UO or other stores twice a year. The online shop is a good option but we like to experience the fashion by feeling the fabrics, trying clothes on and just having that shopping feeling while walking through the store and dancing to the music.

PRAGUE – DAY FOUR

LAST DAY! So sad! We just wanted to stay there forever but nevertheless we really enjoyed our last few hours in that crazy city.

Do you know that sight “Petřínská rozhledna” (Petřín Lookout Tower)? It is one of the most popular landmarks of Prague besides the Castle or the Old Town of Prague. The tower is a loose copy inspired by the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The view from its top overlooks not only the whole city. Actually on a clear day you can see nearly all of Bohemia. Sounds interesting right? We thought the same! So we made our way to the metro, went all the way to the right station and later than decided not to do it. We were afraid of a too long journey because we had to leave Prague at 5.30 pm and you need to bring along a lot of time to hike up the hill to the tower and back down.

We quickly decided to sneak into the Golden Lane next to the Castle of Prague. The entrance is chargeable. The ticket includes other attractions you can visit around the castle complex. The Golden Lane consists of small houses which are painted in different bright colors. Many of the houses are cute little souvenir shops and there is a museum of medieval armoury. A crowd of people rolled through the narrow alley which has pushed the heat even more. After that we walked to the Charles Bridge and to the Old Town trying to find a restaurant. As soon as we sat down under a restaurants parasol it began to rain, like pouring rain! Unfortunately it continued to rain so we determined to go to the shopping center Palladium again to protect us from the bad weather. Well we enjoyed the last few hours and went on our journey back home in the evening.

Lets just say Prague is a breathtaking city. No more words needed!

PRAGUE – DAY THREE

“Oh wow, day three out of four! The half is already over! Doesn’t matter! There is still enough time!” Our thoughts as day three started.

We got up early in the morning at 8:00am (like every other day), went down for breakfast and got ready to start a great new day in Prague. We decided to hike up to the Prague Castle. It was so hot and there was a huge stairway up to the top but nevertheless we did it (with a freaking sweaty face). We had such a beautiful view all over Prague so if you are in Prague you should definitely go to the castle. Even more beautiful is the cathedral. You can take so many great pictures as you may have already seen on our Instagram (or scroll down for more). The castle complex has such a good advantage! It was quite parky so you could endure it really well.

We also wanted to discover the Golden Lane next to the cathedral. We did it the next day.
Later than we went through the Royal Garden of the castle and sat down in a cute little restaurant because we were starving.

Now to one of the best highlights of our trip! We went on a pedalo for an hour and paddled on the river Moldau. Loved it!!!! 100% recommendations! It is such a nice feeling watching all the buildings and sights from another perspective.

In the evening we just strolled through the streets and small alleys and watched the sun set behind the Prague Castle. Amazing view! Loving all those little alleys and their restaurants or cafes. You will find restaurants raging from sushi to pizza places or special beer bars. So many cultures are represented but we do not complain. There are so many people from all over the world like Russia, China, Great Britain or Germany. So many nice and friendly people. We think the Czech Republic gets more interesting for people all around the world because it has increased in the standard of living and the safety. We plan to visit more of the Czech Republic. Check out our photography down below.
